Our Guarantee

We dedicate ourselves to our customers and those who receive our gifts. If you are not satisfied for any reason, let us know and we will promptly send a replacement gift or provide you with a refund or credit.


Ordering Online

California Fruit Gifts® uses the highest standard of security available. We guarantee absolutely, the security of your information. To purchase any product(s) click the "Add to My Shopping Cart" button located above the large image of the item you have selected. This will take you to the Checkout Page. Fill out the checkout form and remember that for security reasons you must enter the address where the credit card statements are received. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an electronic receipt confirming your order. This receipt will include a tracking number for your future reference. In the event that you have to contact us by telephone or email, please indicate your order tracking number for faster response (click here to order).


Return Policy

Orders may be cancelled prior to shipping. Our daily shipping deadline is 12pm (PST). In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or a product arrives damaged, please call our Customer Service Department (Toll-free) 1-877-276-6102 within 5 days of receipt. We will be happy to replace the item requested or offer you a refund. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error.


Shipping and Handling

We Ship throughout the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped using 2 Day Air.

In order to ensure quality and freshness, All our fruit baskets are shipped 3 Day Express Delivery, on Monday and Tuesday only, with standard shipping. Overnight 2 DAY Air and Saturday Delivery is available at an additional cost. California Fruit Gifts® is not responsible for unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery or incorrect addresses supplied by the sender. There may be an additional $15.00 fee imposed for redelivery or redirecting a shipment.

Items Ordered will generally ship the same day if the order is received before 12:00pm (PST). Delivery time in transit is calculated from the following day. All Delivery Times are calculated in Business Days. Saturday Delivery is an additional charge and not available in all areas.

We Do Not Deliver Fruit Baskets on Sundays or Mondays.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. APO, FPO addresses or to United States Possessions or Territories (Puerto Rico or USVI).


Shipping Wine

Due to various state regulations, gift baskets containing wine may only be shipped to the following states: AK, CA, DC, FL, HI, ID, IL, IA, LA, MN, MO, NE, NV, NM, ND, OH, OR, TX, WV, WY. An adult signature (over 21) is required to complete delivery for all wine shipments. We recommend shipping to a business address whenever possible to insure timely delivery.


Shipping Rates and Options

Shipping charges are calculated per item, we will add additional shipping charges for more than one item in an order. When checking out, you will be given the shipping options available.

Standard Delivery- (Gifts Containing Fruit 2-3 Business Days. All other Non-perishable Gifts 3-5 Business days.)

Overnight Delivery - (Next Business Day) an additional $19.99 to the standard delivery charge.
Saturday Delivery - add additional $29.99 to the delivery charge. This service is not universally available in the U.S. This service charge is required when Saturday Delivery is preferred.

Sunday Delivery - This service is NOT available.

All shipping charges apply per shipping address.

We are not responsible for delays in delivery of shipment caused by adverse weather.
